Path Landmarks
Landmarks
are free standing, artistic miniatures of historic buildings and
places
around
Connecticut that are essentially to scale. They are mounted on a 3/4" pine
block with the building outlines artistically cut out with a scroll saw.
We've found it difficult to show you the incredible detail along with actual
size and 3 dimensional form, all in the same picture. Hopefully, therefore,
the pictures below give an idea of what Landmarks really look like. For
reference, the landmark shown below is the Connecticut State Capitol building.
The Wiffle Ball is the regulation baseball size. Please note the
history or "short story" of the building which is mounted on the back.
