Shipping
& Handling Charges-
Our
total S&H charge is $5.98
*
to
any single address in the "Lower 48". You can buy almost
everything in the "entire store" and the total S&H charge will be $5.98.
We use UPS ground service, but for small items, we use Priority Mail
if this will get your order to you quicker.
For all FPO and APO addresses-
We Thank all military and service personnel for their efforts for our country..We
do ship to all APO and FPO adresses. We ship by Priority Mail and the total
delivery charge is $5.98 just like here at home!
For Alaska and Hawaii,
we'll quote you the price when we confirm your order but we won't ship
until you say OK. We'll do the same for orders that require expedited services
like UPS Next Day Air.
For shipments to Canada and Mexico we use UPS
and Global Priority Mail. For other countries, we use
Global Priority and Airmail. Again,
we'll quote you the shipping cost when we confirm your order and we won't
ship until you say OK. If you have any questions, just Contact
us.
Delivery Policy-We
send a confirmation email for every order we receive and we ship within
24 hours except on Sunday/Monday. If an item happens to be "Out of Stock",
we'll let you know when we expect to receive it and won't charge your account
until the day we're actually shipping to you.
If you'd like to change your order, you
can do that by phone or email, right up until the time the package has
actually left the building. |
Returns
- Anything you purchase from us can be returned
for a full credit, as long as the item(s) find their way back to us in
saleable condition. We'd like to think that 14 days is enough time to decide
if an item meets your needs but, if it takes a while longer we're
certainly not going to worry about it. If it has been over a month, we'd
probably like some kind of warning and an explanation.
With Weathervanes and Bovano sculptures,
we
only ask that you retain the original packing material and pack up the
return the same way it arrived. We also recommend that you insure
the package so that if something terrible were to happen in transit, there
will be no bad feelings as a result.
We've never had a problem and we'd like to keep
it that way. OK?

Our prices match those
of our manufacturers who have their own "Factory Store". In many
cases, we are the "Factory Store". When a manufacturer announces
a price change, we will publish it as quickly as possible. |

The
Good Stuff-
We
are very lucky because we regularly get to watch as these products are
being created. As examples, we've watched in awe as plastic beads become
Wiffle® balls. We've tasted the heat when the kiln doors open at Bovano
of Cheshire as fire brings a new glass enamel sculpture to life. We've
learned how teapots are spun and ornaments are cast at Woodbury Pewter
and we've held an original button for the Titanic in our hands at The Waterbury
Button Company. Best of all we've met the men and women whose innovation
and incredible respect for quality make all these products available.
We've become good friends, happily joined together by Made
In Connecticut.
While we can't yet show you these incredible folks
at work, we can offer to show you pictures by Email of almost anything
they make and if you want information, we've got it or can can get it.
