 Rose's Vinegar is farm-made using only the freshest, natural ingredients
including Rose's own raspberries.
The ingredients of Rose's Raspberry Vinegar are white wine vinegar, raspberries, and sugar
Raspberry Rose-Mint Narinade
1/2 cup Rose's Raspberry Vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp [slightly bruised] fresh rosemary leaves
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp coarsley ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
Use as an excellent marinade for chicken
or lamb. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Grill meat while basting frequently with remaining sauce.

Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Rose's Raspberry Vinegar
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tpsp minced parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup walnut oil*
Combine vinegar, onion, parsley,
and walnuts. Add oil and mix well
*Canola oil can be substituted for a lighter taste

Raspberry Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup Rose's Raspberry Vinegar
2 tbsp dijon  mustard
1/4 cup canola oil
1-2 tbsp sugar to taste
dash of tabasco sauce
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Combine all ingredients except raspberries
 with a small wisk. Serve tossed or "on the side".
Garnish with raspberries

  Raspberry Spinach Salad
1 pound fresh spinach
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
8 oz. bacon, cut into small pieces
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Combine spinach, sliced mushrooms, and onions
into a large salad bowl. In a skillet, crisp the bacon,
then remove to a paper towel to drain. Pour Raspberry
mustard dressing* over salad and toss. Arrange sliced
eggs on sald and top with crumbled bacon.
Sit down with as fork and enjoy!
